Here’s my story…

I am Christina Beitler, an Austin native, mom, entrepreneur, and licensed mortgage broker leading the Beitler Team powered by Edge Home Finance, LLC. With more than 13 years of experience in residential lending, I help first time buyers, seasoned homeowners, and real estate investors navigate the home loan process with confidence.

I have been recognized as an Austin Business Journal Top Mortgage Producer every year since 2017 and named Austin Board of REALTORS Affiliate of the Year in 2024. In the last 12 months I served 42 families in their Real Estate Journey.

I work throughout Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, and Liberty Hill, and I am personally licensed in Texas, Colorado, and Arkansas. Through the Edge Home Finance Client Care team I can facilitate closings in up to 48 states.

As a wholesale broker, I am not tied to a single bank. I shop your loan across more than 30 lenders to find a strong rate and program fit for your situation. That independence is the heart of the broker advantage, and it is why I built my business this way.

Because my name is on the door, I am personally invested in your experience from start to finish. You will get honest advice, proactive communication, and a service first approach that puts people before transactions. I have built a referral based business on trust, transparency, and results.

I also love collaborating with REALTORS, CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys, and builders who value strong partnerships and shared client success.

When I am not helping clients, I am cheering on Austin sports, tackling home projects, or spending time with my family. I stay involved in our community through leadership at ABoR Young Professionals and other local initiatives.
